Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a fantastic secondary school located just 25 minutes from Derby city centre. They are looking to appoint a Maths Teacher to join their team from September 2025.

As a Maths Teacher, you will be teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, delivering lessons that inspire and challenge learners to reach their full potential. The department is well-resourced and focuses on providing students with the skills to succeed in their GCSEs and beyond.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging Maths lessons

• Supporting students to develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Maintaining high standards of classroom management

• Contributing to the school's extra curricular activities and wider community

• Qualified Maths Teacher (QTS or equivalent)

• A passion for Maths and teaching, with a focus on student development

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• A commitment to high standards and student achievement

• A supportive and experienced teaching team

• Well-resourced classrooms and teaching tools
