• Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups to access learning

• Working alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored strategies

• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and focus

• Creating a calm, consistent classroom environment

• Gaining valuable experience ahead of teacher training or child-focused careers

• A graduate from any discipline, ideally with some experience supporting children or young people

• Patient, resilient, and naturally empathetic

• Curious about education and committed to inclusive practice

• Based in or near Bedford, and available full-time from September
