About the Job

CCBill.com, the renowned leader in high-risk online processing for the online entertainment industry, is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative for online payment processing and e-commerce services via IPSP model for high-risk and mainstream markets. This person will be responsible for selling directly into online entertainment and subscription markets, via cold calling and relationship building, as well as ongoing account management of existing assigned accounts

We are looking for an e-commerce pro interested in the challenges and rewards of new markets.

Responsibilities
• Develop sales revenue from prospect accounts with a strong emphasis on developing new business.
• Maintain and grow existing assigned and acquired account customer base through regular contact, relationship building and proactive account support.
• Build long-term and strategic relationships in industry markets for new opportunities.
• Develop personal sales strategies to achieve sales goals and exceed sales targets.
• Will work with the Sales Leadership Group to set and meet sales growth goals and objectives to expand company revenue.
• Will work in conjunction with technically experienced Sales Engineering and Implementation Engineering to maximize revenues in new and assigned accounts.
• Travel to customer and prospect appointments and occasional tradeshows as necessary (up to 15%)


Must Have Skills
• 3+ years of progressive experience selling e-services in a complex enterprise sales environment.
• Experience with website technology, e-commerce, and financial online services are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic company environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work many sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Highly motivated, focused and ambitious individual who will have responsibility for their own entire sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualifying, negotiating and closing customers.
• Thorough; meticulous; dedicated to quality; customer-focused. Must be a "hunter".
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce and other desktop solutions, with an ability to navigate a desktop environment easily.

Sales Executive

Reports to Sales Manager, Direct Sales

The Sales Executive position is a high-powered sales role within CWIE for the brand of CCBill representing new sales and ongoing account growth. Located locally in Phoenix, AZ.

This role is predominantly responsible for attainment of new sales via new business and outbound strategies, but is also responsible for the achieving new sales and business from existing accounts with CCBill. Sales executives are responsible for developing and managing a growing book of business in processing and e-commerce services.

The CCBill Sales Executive represents:
◾CCBill: online e-commerce solutions via PSP and Payment Facilitator model for high-risk and low-risk markets

Essential Job Functions:

1.Direct Outbound Sales
◾Achieve determined sales quotas for new and existing business
◾Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline and forecast of business opportunities.
◾Build, manage and deliver on an accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly pipeline.
◾Required to accurately log revenue related activities for accurate internal management of client experience.
◾Identify new sales opportunities in multiple target markets and execute on a strategy
◾Skilled and creative outbound sales calls and emails
◾Acquire business with contacts from the ‘C’ level to the ‘Mom-and-Pop’
◾Develop personal sales strategies to achieve sales goals and exceed sales targets.
◾Self-manage and promote those programs by leveraging the resources available

1.Acquire New Business from Existing Merchant Base◾Build long-term and strategic relationships in industry markets for account acquisition, lead generation and growth
◾Expand relationships with existing merchants and achieve new business from the base.

1.Business Management and Company Duties
◾Maintain an accurate and robust pipeline and forecast of business opportunities.
◾Maintain records and reporting of activities using company-provided CRM
◾Provide feedback and support to product teams
◾Attend trade meetings and industry conventions
◾Travel to regional destinations for business opportunities

◾Relevant product and industry knowledge
◾Experience with industry-standard software applications
