Main responsibilities:
Daily:

* Installation of new gates and gate automation systems

* Upgrading existing gate automation systems

* To take responsibility for the Installation of a gate system's from start to finish

* To the commissioning and handover of installed systems to clients

* To oversee the development and mentor trainee gate engineers

* Fault finding of gate automation systems

* Installation & fault finding on Intercom Systems

* To maintain a clean and tidy van, and ensure all tools are maintained to a high standard

* Any duties that the company deem the Gate Installation Engineer as competent to carry out

General responsibilities:

* Receive and attend training both in house and at manufacturer facilities

* Complete all appropriate paperwork, hard and soft copy

* Observe all Health and Safety guidelines to ensure safety of one's self and others

* Manage own time on jobs to ensure maximum efficiency

* Communicate progression with Head Office

* Share best practice and knowledge with other team members

* Promote a positive company image at all times

* Responsible to Line Manager
