Location: Chapeltown, Sheffield
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, full-time
Driving license preferred

Do you have solid recruitment experience within the construction or M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) sectors? We're looking for a confident and knowledgeable Recruitment Consultant to join our Chapeltown team, focusing on placing permanent candidates across the UK.

The Role:

This is a 360 recruitment position, placing permanent staff within the construction and M&E sectors. You'll be responsible for building strong client relationships, sourcing high-quality candidates, and growing your own desk. You'll be joining an experienced team with excellent market knowledge and the tools to support your success.

What We're Looking For:

2-3+ years of recruitment experience (ideally within construction/M&E)

*

Proven success in B2B recruitment and account management

*

Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise tasks

*

Confident in business development, cold calling, and client meetings

*

Strong understanding of the construction & M&E candidate market

*

Full UK driving license preferred
