Full time permanent - normal business hours - Monday / Friday

Salary £22,500k - £24,000k + company annual bonus & benefits

This is an excellent opportunity to join a large manufacturing organisation in a Customer Coordinator - Administrator role. You will be the first point of contact for customers and work as a liaison between the internal account managers / production and customers. Working within the customer service administration team this client offers a great working environment and excellent career opportunities

Main responsibilities: -

* Answering and processing all incoming sales calls and emails

* Following up via call or email to all prospects and quotes

* Manage a busy inbox to ensure customer enquiries are handled quickly and effectively

* Managing deadlines and liaising with various departments to ensure timely project delivery and managing customer expectations

* Provide stock reports and handle stock queries

* Provide courier tracking status and updates to customers

* Communicate with customers using phone or email

* Build trust and loyalty with customers, going the extra mile to exceed customers' expectations

* Liaise with internal departments to deliver customer's expectations

* Arranging call backs with clients to assist the quoting process where required

Person Specification: -

* Excellent and accurate data entry skills

* Excellent customer service skills

* Good knowledge of Microsoft / Excel applications

* Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
