Post 16 Teaching Assistant

Location: Washington, Tyne & Wear
Salary: £75 - £100 per day
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

GSL Education are seeking a Post 16 Teaching Assistant to provide academic and pastoral support to students in Washington. This role involves assisting teachers and helping students transition smoothly into further education or employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Post 16 students in the classroom and during study sessions.
Assist with administrative tasks related to Post 16 education.
Provide guidance and encouragement to students to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements:

Relevant experience working with Post 16 students is desirable.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A proactive and supportive approach to student welfare and development.
