We're recruiting for a highly strategic role focused on driving value-led partnerships with major customers. You'll work closely with the Customer Solutions, Commercial, and Key Account teams to shape compelling, data-backed value propositions for both new and existing clients.
This is a hands-on, consultative position, combining project management, solution development, and customer engagement. You'll help qualify new opportunities, support RFx submissions, and deliver tailored supply chain solutions that support long-term partnerships. There's a strong focus on enabling business growth through digital tools, analytics, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:

Shape strategic proposals and value propositions for key customers.

Manage supply chain solution projects from idea to execution.

Engage directly with clients to pitch solutions, gather feedback, and build trust.

Be the SME for digital products - lead demos, track feedback, and drive new features.

Support internal teams in converting opportunities into actionable growth.
Key Requirements:

Proven experience in freight forward & supply chain.

Experience or interest in digital transformation within supply chain/logistics.

Degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
