A well-established, family-run main contractor with a strong presence in the social housing sector is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team. With a turnover of circa £40m and a reputation built on long-term client relationships, this business delivers a steady pipeline of secured work across the South East.

This role sits within a long-term social housing refurbishment framework, focused on internal upgrades (kitchens & bathrooms) for a key housing association client.

🔧 The Role

* Overseeing day-to-day site operations across multiple occupied properties

* Managing subcontractors and direct labour to ensure programme delivery

* Ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard

* Liaising with residents, client representatives, and internal teams

* Driving quality control, H&S compliance, and customer satisfaction

✅ Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishment

* Strong background delivering kitchen & bathroom (K&B) programmes

* Experience working in occupied properties

* SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
