Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery
  • Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders
  • Reviewing work prepared by junior staff and providing guidance and support
  • Assisting with tax compliance and liaising with HMRC where necessary
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Supporting managers and partners with ad hoc projects
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified
  • At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members is desirable
