My client has identified the need for a payroll team leader to join the team function on a permanent basis. We therefore seek an experienced and responsible individual, with enthusiasm and ability to take on new challenges, manage a team and help support the payroll function.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage team and workload to ensure all work is processed in a timely manner
Training and mentoring of team
Teams escalated queries
Manage the upload of Leavers and absences
Month end reporting
Ensure all exception reports are checked pre payroll run
Ensure all variable data has been accurately input
Ensure that all pre Gross to net checks are performed to a high degree of accuracy
Approve faster payment calculations from the administrators for payment outside of the normal payroll.
Ensuring awareness of internal and external audit items that are raised
Complete pension reconciliations
