As part of their continued growth, they're looking to welcome a Quantity Surveyor into their successful commercial team, offering real opportunities for progression and professional development. This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Derby office.Your new roleAs a Quantity Surveyor, your key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing financial management and valuation of highways projects across England and Wales
• Maintain robust financial control systems and produce monthly cost-value reconciliation reports
• Provide commercial and contractual support to operational teams, ensuring seamless communication between site and office
• Attend site visits as required to support project delivery and client engagement
• Contribute to a culture of transparency, collaboration, and entrepreneurial thinking

What you'll need to succeed

• BSc / HND / HNC in Quantity Surveying (preferred but not essential)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in the highways or local authority sector
• Proven track record in cost-value reporting and project financial management
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead client-facing discussions
• Full UK driving licence required
