Location: Mildenhall (Hybrid - typically 1 day working from home depending on business needs)

Overview:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled HR Advisor to join a growing organisation based in Mildenhall. This position is ideal for someone confident in providing hands-on HR support and building strong relationships across all levels of the business. You'll be a key contact for employees and managers, helping to embed good practice and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

*

Deliver clear, practical HR advice to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employee relations.

*

Support all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and induction to ensure a smooth start for new joiners.

*

Carry out HR administration including contracts, payroll information, benefits, and maintaining HR systems.

*

Track absence and performance matters, helping managers prepare for and manage meetings and follow-up actions.

*

Assist with HR projects, audits, and engagement activities aimed at improving processes and strengthening team culture.

Requirements:

*

CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent hands-on HR experience).

*

Strong background in providing HR advisory and administrative support, ideally in a fast-paced environment such as manufacturing, construction, or care.

*

Confident managing ER cases from initial query to conclusion.

*

Competent user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

*

HR system experience is beneficial but not essential.

*

Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and strong organisational ability.

*

A proactive approach, with an interest in continuous improvement and project involvement.
