SANZA Teaching Agency are recruiting teaching assistants for various roles across East London!

As a teaching assistant, you will need to:

Be patient, empathetic and resilient
Have strong communication skills (with children, parents, and staff).
Be flexible and adaptable
Be able to support across all primary year groups, from EYFS to year 6
Be able to work effectively and collaboratively
Be reliable and consistent

The role:

As a teaching assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Autism
You will work across the primary year groups providing dedicated support as needed
Assist the class teacher in delivering individualised and tailored learning experiences to suit the needs of students
Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
Create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and parents.
