Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Salary: Up to £45,000
Hours: Monday to Friday - 07:00-16:00 / 10:00-19:00

Alice Rose is proud to be working with a leading FM service provider to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a permanent role at a high-profile commercial building in the heart of Fenchurch Street.

You'll be part of a skilled 4-person team, responsible for maintaining a large, complex site where no two days are the same. If you have a strong background in commercial building maintenance and enjoy working in a client-facing environment, we want to hear from you!

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities:

* Planned and reactive electrical maintenance

* Emergency lighting testing & control panel fault-finding

* Small electrical installations & lighting replacements

* Monitoring BMS systems (heating & cooling)

* Water flushing, temperature checks & fire damper inspections

* Maintenance of pumps, motors & boosted water systems

* PPMs, subcontractor management & permit to work procedures

* Basic fabric and plumbing tasks (e.g. unblocking toilets)

* Logbook management & regular client interaction

Electrical Maintenance Engineer Requirements:

* Recognised electrical qualifications - Level 3 + 18th Edition

* Proven experience in commercial building maintenance

* Multi-skilled with a proactive, hands-on approach

* Job Logic experience desirable (not essential)

* Excellent communication skills with a client-focused attitude

* Must be able to provide valid trade certificates
