SEN Teaching Assistant (1:1 Support) - Crawley

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team at a small, welcoming SEN school in Crawley. About the Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll be working closely with a student on a 1:1 basis, supporting their learning and development in a calm and structured setting. You'll be part of a close-knit team that prioritises wellbeing, teamwork, and positive relationships.

Responsibilities include:

Providing 1:1 classroom support tailored to an individual student's needs

Assisting with learning activities and behaviour support

Helping to implement personalised education plans

Supporting social and emotional development throughout the school day
