We are seeking experienced Fire Door Installer /Maintainers to join our team on a sub-contractor basis. This role is not permanent employment but offers ongoing opportunities for skilled professionals to work across a variety of sites.

The ideal Fire Door Installer candidate will have at least 4 years' experience in fire door installation, maintenance, and remedial works, with a strong focus on FD30/FD60 fire doors. You'll be responsible for installing new fire doors and completing remedial works, ensuring all installations meet the highest quality and compliance standards.

Ongoing fire door and safety training will be provided to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Fire Door Installer Key Responsibilities

* Install and maintain FD30/FD60 fire doors to required standards

* Carry out remedial works and inspections on existing fire doors

* Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently

* Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and compliance documentation

* Ensure all work meets building regulations and fire safety requirements

* Collaborate with team members to deliver projects on time and to a high standard

* Complete professional finishes, including sealing and painting where required

Fire Door Installer Requirements

* Minimum 4 years' experience in fire door installation, maintenance, and remedial work

* Valid CSCS card (essential)

* Proven background in construction or fire safety

* Strong understanding of fire door regulations and best practices

* Full UK driving licence

* Willingness to travel

* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
