Main purpose of Job:

As a Recruitment Resourcer, it will be your job to support the Recruitment Consultants, Team Leads, Principals & Directors with tasks like sourcing candidates, candidate management, database maintenance, lead generation whilst continually meeting targets.

Recruitment is heavily sales focused and involves having a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

As a Resourcer you will be offered an exciting opportunity to learn, grow and develop. You will be working in a challenging position within a dynamic work environment.

Working alongside experienced Recruiters you will work on job vacancies for core clients across the UK.

You will receive comprehensive training and development. The objective of the training programme is to ensure the same standards are applied throughout the Company. The training will be ongoing to ensure you reach level/standard required.

You will be responsible for resourcing candidates through networking, the use of job boards, social media and the use of the Company’s database.

You will be regularly reviewed and appraised and your performance will be assessed against set targets, which you will be required to meet.

Candidate Management:

  • Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles.
  • Sourcing job applicants from the database and exploring employment opportunities.
  • Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email.
  • Candidate negotiation
  • Candidate referencing
  • Establish contacts to help build the client database.
  • Identify and follow up leads generation
  • Gather information on client managers/decision makers.
  • Negotiate salary and benefit issues with job candidates.
  • Respond to general consultancy enquiries.
  • Arranging telephone and face-to-face interviews.

Other:

  • Administration duties including; providing identification and verification documentation for compliance purposes.
  • Capture information/calls/bookings on in-house system - update and maintain client and candidate information database.
  • Ensure records are maintained in line with legislative and industry standard requirements.
  • Carry out work instructions as directed by Senior Management and Recruitment Consultants.
  • Any other duties as and when required.
