🧩 What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of new operational processes and supporting systems
• Translate regulatory developments and market changes into practical, executable processes
• Act as a central coordinator between business, IT, and external stakeholders
• Define and refine functional requirements in collaboration with analysts, architects, and technical teams
• Manage complex stakeholder landscapes across multiple organizations and disciplines

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate initiatives related to congestion management and system operations
• Lead cross-functional working groups and ensure alignment on priorities and planning
• Oversee implementation and rollout of new processes and functionalities
• Coordinate project activities including planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting
• Ensure effective communication between product, business, and development teams
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of results

✅ What You Bring

• University-level thinking and working ability, preferably with a technical background
• 8-10 years of experience in complex project, process, or program coordination
• Strong affinity with the energy sector, electricity markets, or grid operations
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including external partners and subject matter experts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex topics into structured processes and actionable plans
• Decisive, proactive, and comfortable operating in a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English

➕ Nice to Have

• Experience with congestion management, flexibility markets, or system operations
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working (e.g. EPICs, DevOps, functional requirements)
• Experience bridging business and IT in complex environments
