Credit Controller

Salary: £26,000 – £30,000Locations: Multiple sites looking for support, covering Eastbourne, Hove and Bognor Regis.Bonus: EMEA experience highly desirable

We’re working with a leading client who is looking for Credit Controllers to join their team across various locations. If you’re organised, proactive, and confident in managing accounts, this could be the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Proactively chase overdue invoices and resolve queries promptly.
• Allocate payments accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
• Liaise with internal teams and external customers to resolve disputes.
• Support month-end reporting and credit control processes.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in credit control (essential).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good working knowledge of finance systems and Excel.
• EMEA credit control experience? That’s a big bonus!
