A fantastic opportunity for a Workday Senior HRIS Specialist to join a global Workday customer in the manufactoring industry who offer fantastic benefits & bonuses.  

Position: Workday Senior HRIS Specialist
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
Location: UK – 100% Remote Working
Salary: £68,000 - £75,000 Base Salary PLUS Bonus & great Benefits package

This is a rare opportunity to join a Workday customer with an established Workday programme, with an above market remuneration package and fully remote work, with the opportunity to work on-site in London if desired.

Skills & Experience Required:

▪️ 3+ Years Experience with Workday UK Benefits & Workday Core Compensation
▪️ Strong Configuration experience required
▪️ Excellent Stakeholder communication skills – the ability to change approach, face off to some challenging stakeholders, work alongside the business to see maximum gain from the system
▪️ BAU/Post Go-live support, optimisation, new features, releases required
