Force Contracting Services are looking for a dedicated and proactive HSQE Manager to join our growing team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the implementation of HSQE policies and procedures across all civil engineering projects

*

Conduct audits, site inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and internal standards

*

Develop and deliver training sessions and toolbox talks to promote a positive safety culture

*

Maintain accreditations including ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001)

*

Collaborate with project and site managers to embed HSQE best practices from planning through to delivery

*

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of HSQE performance

Requirements:

*

Proven experience in a similar HSQE role within the civil engineering or construction sector

*

NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or equivalent)

*

Strong working knowledge of UK HSE legislation and ISO management systems

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

A practical, hands-on approach and the ability to influence at all levels
