Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and technical consultants

Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and industry standards

Oversee project timelines and budgets, providing clear and consistent progress reports
*
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
*
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while addressing on-site challenges
*
Drive continuous improvement and champion best practices in project delivery
Experience & Qualifications:
*
Proven experience in a Contracts Manager role
*
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
*
Strong leadership and organisational abilities
*
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*
Ability to manage projects independently while upholding quality and efficiency
*
In-depth knowledge of construction regulations, contract management, and build processes
