What You'll Be Doing

* Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing used car sales team

* Driving sales performance through strong leadership and daily coaching

* Supporting both telephone and face-to-face sales activity

* Ensuring customers receive a first-class buying experience

* Monitoring performance, managing targets and maximising profitability

* Working closely with senior management to push the business forward

What We're Looking For

* Proven experience in the motor trade (essential)

* A track record of success in sales management

* Strong experience in telephone and showroom sales

* A natural leader who can motivate, energise and inspire a team

* Highly driven, target-focused and passionate about winning

* Someone who leads from the front and thrives in a fast-paced environment

In Return our client is offering a basic of between £37 - £40K plus fantastic earning potential.
