Knightwood Associates are recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join our client, a privately owned developer, to look after projects across Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire.

Ideally you will be working in the role at present or be an experienced Project Manager looking to take the step into this role.

You would've worked for a UK based residential developer or main contractor for a substantial amount of time, and managed a residential build from ground through to completion.

Salary on offer up to £85k with bonus and full package
