Your Company:NET Recruit is pleased to continue its successful partnership with a leading name in the HVAC industry on their search for an SeniorEquipment Sales Engineer. The organisation is expanding its operations and is therefore seeking an Senior Engineer to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.Your Role & Responsibilities:While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Promoting and selling HVAC and process temperature control equipment to new and existing clients
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into opportunities
  • Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities
  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline and keeping the CRM system up to date
  • Collaborating with marketing to create campaigns and promotional materials that support sales efforts
  • Providing technical guidance to customers and helping them select the most suitable equipment solutions
  • Conducting site visits and assessments to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements
  • Working closely with engineering and project management teams to design and customize equipment solutions
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Providing after-sales support, troubleshooting, and coordinating with technical teams as required
  • Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, and providing insights for strategy improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with QHSE requirements, internal codes of conduct, and company policies
What you will need to Apply:
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in HVAC, refrigeration, or process cooling industries
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC or process cooling equipment is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel for client visits
  • Eligibility to work in the country of application
