Senior Architect / Architectural Technologist - Location: Leeds

We are seeking a Senior Architect or Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team. This role involves delivering projects from inception to completion, managing project resources, and ensuring the highest standard of design and technical excellence. The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients and will manage both client relationships and project teams effectively.
Day-to-day of the role: - Deliver all projects in line with the company Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring high standards of design and technical quality.
- Organise project teams to ensure timely completion of design and working drawing packages.
- Manage project resources effectively, ensuring appropriate allocation of staff based on skill levels and charge out rates.
- Support the Associate in monthly reporting against key performance measures, including project revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the first point of contact, and seek regular feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
- Lead design and technical teams to ensure the timely release of information and achievement of all programme dates.
- Monitor and support the professional development of junior staff through regular meetings and objective advice.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of timesheets for all project staff to keep projects within time and cost budgets.
- Continuously develop professional skills and knowledge in architecture, new technologies, and sustainability.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - BTEC National Diploma in Construction or equivalent.
- Registered member of the Architects Registration Board (ARB).
- Chartered member of the RIBA or an Associate member of CIAT desirable.
- Over 5 years post-qualification experience in architectural technology.
- Proficient in IT and presentation software, with excellent illustration and presentation skills.
