A friendly and inclusive primary school in Acton, West London (Borough of Ealing) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team in September.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and group support for pupils with SEND, including Autism and global developmental delay

Support learning, behaviour and emotional regulation throughout the school day

Help with classroom organisation, preparation of materials, and supervision

Assist with personal care when required

Work collaboratively with class teachers and support staff

Requirements:

Experience supporting children with SEND in a school or care setting

Willingness to provide personal care where needed

Positive, enthusiastic approach to working with children

Strong team-working and communication skills

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
