Position Overview: We are looking for experienced and motivated Theatre Nurses to join our perioperative team. You will play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient, and patient-centred care before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

· Preparing and maintaining theatre environments to meet infection control and safety standards.

· Assisting surgical teams with instrumentation, equipment, and patient positioning.

· Providing high-quality perioperative nursing care tailored to individual patient needs.

· Monitoring patients' vital signs and condition during procedures.

· Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient pathways.

· Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to local and national theatre protocols.

What We're Looking For:

· Registered Nurse (Adult) with current NMC registration.

· Experience in theatre nursing or perioperative care.

· Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and surgical instruments.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

· Commitment to patient safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.

· Flexibility to work a range of shifts including early, late, and weekends.
