The facts:

This branding agency creates and activates global brands in their market. You'll advise a tech client on their positioning and proposition and help them to define and develop their employee values. This will involve researching, interviewing stakeholders, and working closely with senior clients. You'll run workshops, generate insights and ideas, and lead creative briefings and idea sessions. Your input at the scoping stage will help shape the direction of the project, and you'll be guided by insights, not just opinions.
There's a friendly, collaborative team around you, where clients treat you like a partner and not just an advisor. You'll build real relationships with senior, hands-on clients who value your input.

You'll have:

• Experience working with tech clients on their proposition and positioning
• Examples of projects where you worked on employee values
• Global brand experience, as this agency works internationally

It's 2-3 days a week in the studio. 6-8 week contract, starting mid-April.
