Location: Whiteley

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5pm

About the role: 

As a People Partner, you'll play a key role in enabling high performance and a thriving culture by working closely with managers across your business area. Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you'll support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and development to engagement and organisational change. If you're passionate about people, data-driven in your approach, and ready to make a real impact, this is the role for you.

What makes you a great fit:

Previous experience in a similar HR partnering role

CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices

Confident advising and influencing at all levels of the organisation

Skilled in coaching managers and supporting organisational change

Passionate about equity, diversity, and inclusion

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong analytical and HR systems skills

Organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working at pace

High level of discretion, integrity, and professional judgement

Key responsibilities: 

Act as the primary People contact for designated teams or departments

Build strong relationships with managers and employees

Translate business objectives into people plans and initiatives

Provide expert advice on performance, employee relations, and wellbeing

Coach managers to embed good people practices

Support organisational change, restructures, and team development

Partner with Finance on headcount planning and budget management

Collaborate with Talent teams to support recruitment and development

Deliver a seamless employee lifecycle experience

Lead or support cross-functional People projects

Use people data to identify trends and influence action

Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders

Continuously improve people processes and documentation
