My Tier 1 Client are now looking for a Sub Agent to support the successful delivery of a high-profile highways project. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a major high-profile highways project and further develop your career.

The Role

As Sub Agent, you will assist in managing site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. You'll support the Site Agent in coordinating teams and subcontractors, overseeing temporary works, and ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 and NEC contract requirements. Your role will involve monitoring progress, resolving on-site challenges, and driving efficiencies to keep the project moving forward.

What We Are Looking For

We're seeking a driven Sub Agent with experience in highways or major infrastructure projects. You should have strong organisational and problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of site safety regulations, and experience managing work packages. The ability to work collaboratively with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain quality and progress is essential.
