Salary: £45-55k
Location: Aston Clinton

Shifts: Monday - Friday core office hours

Health & Safety Manager role & responsibilities:

The Health & Safety Manager will oversee day-to-day H&S operations in a fast paced manufacturing environment
Maintain and improve H&S management systems (CDM background beneficial)
Ensure compliance with key regulations including COSHH, PUWER, ATEX, LOLER, and DSEAR
Conduct gap analyses, implement improvements in a manufacturing environment
support ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) using QMS effectively
Fire and risk assessments; building safety
Engaging stakeholders across logistics, manufacturing, and leadership
Driving change management & influencing positive change throughout the business
Training, and mentoringHealth & Safety Manager Experience:

Candidates must come from Manufacturing/engineering background
NEBOSH general with fire
Strong auditing experience to ISO standards
Auditing (ISO), H&S as primary focus, change management, and training delivery
Ideally have experience in pharmaceutical
Must have strong experience with COSHH, PUWER, ATEX, LOLER, DSEAR etc..
