Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Salary: Up to £14 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Hours: Full-time | Up to 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Henley On Thames

What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Excellent communication, observation, and record-keeping skills.
• A team player with a caring, professional attitude and a commitment to inclusion and equality.

What You'll Do:

• Plan and deliver fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Support the physical, emotional, and social development of every child.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment where children feel valued and secure.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, parents, and team members.
• Promote inclusive practices and provide additional support to children with special educational needs or disabilities.
• Adhere to all safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies.
