We're currently recruiting for a reliable and proactive Supply Chain Operator to join a leading food manufacturing company in the Worcester area.

This is a role that offers great training, a supportive team, and varied daily challenges.

Hourly Rate: £14.33 (equivalent to approx. £29,993/year)

Shifts: 4 on / 4 off rotating shifts

Days: 05:45 - 18:00

Nights: 17:45 - 06:00

📦 Key Responsibilities:

Goods-in receipt and outbound loading

*

Supplying production lines with raw materials

*

Palletising finished goods

*

Operating FLTs (Reach and Counterbalance)

*

Working across cold storage and dry goods areas

*

Following health & safety, hygiene, and quality protocols

✅ Requirements:

* Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred

*

Good communication, accuracy, and attention to detail

*

Comfortable working days and nights on a rotating shift pattern
