CNX are recruiting for a high end, residential renovation and refurbishment contractor based in Edinburgh, who specialise in high-end interior refurbishment projects in this sector.

They are looking for a highly motivated, time served Site Supervisor to join the team on a 6 month contract, overseeing the full renovation of a residential property in south Edinburgh.

The ideal candidate will have:

* A time served joinery background with experience working in multi trade refurbishments.

* Supervisory experience and a willingness to work on, and off, the tools at times.

* Excellent communication skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Good leadership skills

* Experience of working with other trades

* Good computer skills with knowledge of Word and Excel

* A positive approach and appreciation of delivering excellent customer service

* Full clean drivers licence

* First Aid at Work

* CSCS

* SSSTS (essential)

This is a 6 month contract - Day rate will be £230 - £250 per shift, depending on experience and location.

Start date will be August.
