We're looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join a busy and well-established holiday park in St Leonard's, near Ringwood. Key Responsibilities

As Housekeeping Manager, you'll take responsibility for the smooth operation of the department and ensure all accommodation is maintained.

Lead, organise and support the housekeeping team day-to-day

Ensure all accommodation units are cleaned and prepared for arriving guests

Recruit, train and develop team members

Create efficient staff rotas to support operational needs

Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements where required

Manage departmental budgets and contribute to management reporting

What we're looking for

We're looking for a motivated individual who enjoys leading teams and maintaining excellent operational standards.

Previous experience in a housekeeping or accommodation management role

Experience managing teams and departmental budgets

Confident using Microsoft Excel and general computer systems

Full UK driving licence required

Organised, detail-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
