This position will provide marketing support for Currax Marketing and Sales teams. In this role, the person will support downstream commercial execution of marketing tactics and required performance metric working in collaboration with Marketing, external agencies, Sales Management, Sales Operations and Supply Chain. This individual will also provide daily support for field sales representatives that require assistance with programs, tools and initiatives. Key elements of the position include balancing multiple, complex projects across several teams, interacting with a wide range of key constituencies inside and outside the company and providing general marketing support to the field sales team. The person must have excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities Close coordination and understanding of the marketing & sales materials, including utilization goals to ensure adequate inventory levels Source and manage print production Provide daily support to the field sales team including materials logistics, samples and congress/meeting support. End to end execution of National Sales Meetings, Incentive trips, Sales Training meetings and Plan Of Action (POA) meetings Coordinate new hire on-boarding process including business cards, name badge Assist in the maintenance and tracking of marketing Commercial contracts Leads execution of all trade show activity Coordinates product samples process Required Qualification & Skills College degree or equivalent experience Demonstrated success in leading complex projects with proven results Excellent problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems and manage execution Strong project management and excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary Employ excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills with all levels of personnel and management to facilitate information flow and decision making Essential Core Competencies: Initiative - Volunteers readily; Undertakes self-development activities; Seeks increased responsibilities; Takes independent actions if/when improvements are needed; Looks for and takes advantage of opportunities; Asks for and offers help when needed.
