We are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Failsworth based client. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running and bring strong Accounts Payable expertise to a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Purchase Ledger and Accounts Payable
- Ability to work quickly and accurately with minimal supervision
- Confident using financial systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with Syspro is highly desirable, but not essential
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
- Managing payment runs and reconciling supplier statements
- Resolving invoice queries in a timely manner
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity
- Supporting month-end processes as needed
