We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to help support on a refurbishment project in Edinburgh City Centre. This is a 4 week contract (holiday cover) with an immediate start, offering the chance to take ownership of a fast-paced project.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors

Ensure works are carried out safely, on time, and to the required quality standards

Maintain site records and liaise with the project team and client

*

Uphold all health & safety regulations and compliance standards

Requirements

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - essential

*

CSCS Card - preferred

*

First Aid at Work - essential

*

Previous experience in managing refurbishment projects

*

Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
