sustainable, low-energy design. Our projects range from
heritage refurbishments and education buildings to
complex infrastructure developments.Our team includes specialists in
lighting design, building physics, and Passivhaus, creating a culture where

strong project pipeline and are now looking for a senior Electrical Engineer to
lead delivery, shape design standards, and mentor the next generation of engineers.
Role OverviewAs a Principal or Associate Electrical Engineer, you will:
- Take ownership of electrical design across multiple projects, from feasibility to handover
- Lead coordination with MEP teams, architects, and external consultants
- Oversee production of detailed designs for lighting, small power, distribution, fire alarms, security, data, and containment
- Act as technical lead in client meetings, site visits, and project reviews
- Contribute to bids, fee proposals, and business development
- Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing across the team
What We’re Looking For - Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or similar)
- CEng or near chartered status via IET or CIBSE
- 8+ years’ consultancy experience, ideally at Principal or Associate level
- Strong experience in education, healthcare, heritage, or commercial projects
- Ability to lead projects, manage client relationships, and communicate across disciplines
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux/Relux, and UK building regulations
- Passion for low-carbon, energy-efficient design—sustainability drives everything we do
