Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential Service, Hailsham

What the role involves:

• Supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties
• Acting as a shift leader, mentoring junior staff and creating safe routines
• Handling challenging behaviours with calm, confidence and compassion
• Facilitating activities, appointments, and family visits (yes, you'll need to drive)
• Taking part in sleep-ins, you'll earn £80 per shift for those

What we need from you:

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent and completed!)
• A full UK driving licence (essential for this setting)
• Experience working in children's residential settings
• Emotional resilience and an authentic passion for making a difference
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and team leadership skills
