Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant - Nursery | Hammersmith & Fulham | Full-Time | ASAP Start

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a friendly, one-form entry primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham that is seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their nursery provision as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting teaching and learning within the Nursery setting in line with the EYFS framework

Delivering engaging learning activities through structured and child-led play

Supporting individual pupils and small groups with their learning and development

Assisting with observations and contributing to learning journeys

Supporting children's personal care, wellbeing, and daily routines where required

Promoting positive behaviour and social development

Helping to prepare and maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment

Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents/carers

To Be Considered, You Must Have

A Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or equivalent)

Experience working within an Early Years or Nursery setting

A good understanding of the EYFS framework

A patient, nurturing approach and strong teamwork skills

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
