Ashfield District Council have a great opportunity for a Housing Surveyor to join us in Kirkby-in-Ashfield. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £29,777 - £32,076 per annum (pay award pending).

We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking team player to work in a busy and diverse repairs section.

You will be required to carry out technical inspections, assessments and surveys of the housing stock, property and land, including permission requests, recharges and joint visits with our Tenancy section.

The successful applicant will have previous experience of repair diagnosis in domestic properties.
