This position is based on a flagship contract in a critical environment at Canary Wharf, one of London's most prestigious business districts.

Role Overview:

As an Operational Lead, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all services run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will manage small works projects, oversee moves and changes, coordinate contractors, and act as the key point of contact for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations to maintain a high-performing, safe, and compliant workplace.

Manage small works projects and oversee moves and changes across the site.

Coordinate contractors and suppliers, ensuring quality and compliance with site standards.

Monitor and maintain operational efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance requirements in a critical environment.

Act as a primary liaison between the client, engineering team, and service partners.

Support budget control and reporting for operational activities.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in facilities management operations, ideally in a critical environment.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage projects, contractors, and operational budgets effectively.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of compliance standards and health & safety regulations.
