A leading global logistics provider is seeking a Road Freight Operator to join their team at their flagship UK site in Solihull. The Opportunity:
As Road Freight Operator, you will be responsible for coordinating domestic and European road freight movements, managing end-to-end shipment processes, and delivering high service standards to a wide client base. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate road freight operations across the UK and Europe

Liaise with customers, hauliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient deliveries

Prepare and manage all relevant transport documentation

Monitor shipments and resolve any service issues promptly

Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous process improvement

About You:

Proven experience in a road freight or transport operations role

Strong knowledge of domestic or international road freight procedures

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Confident using logistics systems and Microsoft Office applications
