We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join one of our clients based in Kettering. This is a customer focused role and would ideally suit someone who has worked in Banking, Finance or accounts.

Duties include-

Daily processing and distribution of all incoming email (and normal mail)
Carrying out 'due diligence' on 'E'-contracts or paper contracts for Extended Credit (EC), Lease, Subscription or Franchise Finance customers as needed
Posting payments to our internal systems
Posting account adjustments/terminations
Analysing daily over payments
Produce and distribute credit agreement related mailing including invoicing
Daily imaging and filing of all agreement related documentation
Maintenance of customer Direct Debits
Banking of customer manual payments/lease deposits
Receive and resolve customer complaints, knowing when to pass complaint on to proper management for resolution
Contract auditing and filing reviewing for other operations department needed
Responsive and positive interaction with several hundred representatives in the fieldWe are looking for someone who:

Has excellent interpersonal skills, good telephone manner and a professional approach
Has excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Has Good IT Skills
