Electrical Project Manager
Location: Halesowen (Office-based with site visits)

Overview
An established electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team based in Halesowen. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware professional with a strong track record delivering residential and commercial projects.

Role & Responsibilities

* Manage electrical projects from inception through to completion

* Oversee projects with values up to £5M+

* Coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors, and site activities

* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard

* Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main point of contact

* Monitor project progress, reporting on performance and addressing any issues

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures

* Work closely with commercial teams to manage costs and variations

Requirements

* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within the M&E sector

* Strong background in residential and/or commercial projects

* Demonstrable experience delivering projects valued up to £5M+

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Commercially aware with the ability to manage budgets effectively

* Relevant electrical qualifications (preferred)
