HR / People Manager

The HR / People Manager will support our charity's mission by providing expert advice to managers and leaders across various programs, ensuring effective workforce planning, recruitment, and staff development. They will oversee training initiatives, maintain up-to-date HR policies and serve as a key resource for staff HR concerns. As a visible leader, they will foster a values-driven, inclusive culture that promotes continuous growth and aligns with our organizational goals.

Location

Based in Bath but will need to be able to travel across all our sites in Bath, Bristol, Wiltshire, South and East Somerset.

Salary

£35- £40K depending on skills, qualifications and experience.
