About the role

Moxie People are supporting a values‑led organisation in the housing and support sector to bring in a Data Administrator on a temporary basis (around 3 months, with potential to extend). This role is all about supporting the team as they prepare for an upcoming audit later in the summer.

You'll be working closely with the Housing Team helping to ensure data and systems are accurate, compliant, and audit‑ready.

Key parts of the role include:

• Managing, inputting, and manipulating data across systems
• Using advanced Excel to maintain reports and datasets
• Supporting wider systems and data checks linked to audit readiness
• Helping the team stay organised, compliant, and confident in their data

What's on offer

• Salary of £27,000 per annum (£14.03 per hour)
• 37 hours per week, with flexibility to work 36 hours over a 9‑day fortnight
• Primarily home‑based, with infrequent travel to offices (head office in Swansea)

About you

• You'll be confident using advanced Excel and comfortable handling large volumes of data
• You'll have strong data entry and data manipulation experience
• Experience with DSE assessments, due diligence, or compliance processes would be a bonus
• You're organised, reliable, and able to start at short notice
• A driving licence is helpful for occasional office visits, but not essential
